The notice shall name a further day (not earlier than the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of service of the notice) on or before which the payment required by the notice is to be made, and shall state that in the event of non-payment at or before the time appointed the Shares in respect of which the call was made will be liable to be forfeited.

Στην ειδοποίηση θα ορίζεται πρόσθετη ημερομηνία (όχι νωρίτερα από την λήξη δεκατεσσάρων (14) ημερών από την ημερομηνία επίδοσης της ειδοποίησης) κατά την ή πριν την οποία πρέπει να γίνει η πληρωμή που αναφέρεται στην ειδοποίηση και θα δηλώνεται ότι σε περίπτωση μη πληρωμής κατά τον ή πριν τον χρόνο που έχει οριστεί, οι Μετοχές αναφορικά με τις οποίες έγινε η κλήση θα κατάσχονται.
