ZZZ is als onafhankelijke inframanager van het Nederlandse spoor verantwoordelijk voor alle facetten van de Nederlandse spoorinfrastructuur. Dat geldt voor de nieuwbouw, beheer en instandhouding de infrastructuur, de regie van het treinverkeer en voor de toelating van vervoerders en de verdeling van de capaciteit.

As the independent infra management company of the Dutch railway network, ZZZ is responsible for all aspects of the Dutch rail infrastructure. This includes areas like construction, management and maintenance of the infrastructure, controlling rail traffic, but also admission of transport companies and capacity division.
